Hotel regulations

1. Living quarters in Margerita Hotel, hereinafter referred to as “rooms” are being rented for days.
2. Room in the hotel is being rented for days (the hotel day is starting at 1:00 pm, and at 12.00 pm of the next day is ending).
3. If the guest did not specify the length of stay by renting a room, it is assumed that the room was rented for one hotel day.
4. Guest staying at the hotel, along with a dog or cat has an obligation to inform about this fact the receptionist at check-in.

1. Request to extend the stay beyond the period specified on the date of arrival, the guest should report at the reception before 10:00 AM on the closing date of renting the room. Hotel prolong the stay if it is possible.

1. A hotel guest cannot provide the room to other persons, even if a period, for which he paid the fee due for the stay didn’t expire.
2. Visiting people who are not registered in the hotel can stay in the room from 6:00 am till 10 pm after their presence is reported to the reception.
3. Hotel may refuse to accept a guest who broke the hotel regulations during a previous stay causing damage to the hotel or other Guests, employees or other people in the hotel.

1. The hotel provides services according to its category and the standard. In case of the stipulations concerning the service quality the guest is asked to report them in the reception what will enable the service of the hotel immediate reaction.
2. The hotel is obliged to provide:
Professional and polite service in all matters concerning the hotel.
Cleaning the room and performing repair of devices during guest absence, and in guest presence only then when will express such a wish.
Conditions for a peaceful and safe stay and confidentiality of information about the visitor
Efficiency of technical devices

1. At the request of the guest the hotel provides free of charge the following services:

Providing information related to the stay and communications connections
Wake for a specific time
Safekeeping of money and valuables on deposit during the guest’s stay at the hotel
Luggage storage during the guest’s stay and till 8:00 pm in the last day of stay.

Responsibility of the hotel on account of loss or damage to money, securities, valuables or items of scientific or artistic value is limited, if these items are not delivered for safekeeping to the deposit at the reception. Guests should inform the hotel reception about the damage immediately after its discovery.

The hotel isn’t bearing responsibility for damage or loss of the car or other vehicle belonging to the guest.

1. Preserving silence is applicable in a hotel from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am of the next day.
2. The behavior of guests and people using the services of the hotel should not disturb the other guests staying. The hotel may refuse to continue to provide services to a person who violates this principle.

1. Every time leaving a room the guest should check that the door is closed and leave the key at the reception desk.
2. A hotel guest is suffering the material responsibility for damage of all kinds or damage to objects of the equipment and technical devices of the hotel arising from the his fault or from the fault of persons visiting him.
3. On account of the fire safety is forbidden to use in the hotel rooms heaters, electric irons and other similar devices which are not equipment room.

1. Personal belongings left by the leaving guest in the hotel room will be sent back at the guest’s expense to the address indicated by the guest. In case of not receiving such an instruction the hotel will store these objects for 3 months.
